Each consultant will take a leading role with clients throughout the client life-cycle: pitching new business, managing the relationships and leading the acceleration process. With this leading role, discussions with client senior management will be routine, and consultants will need to manage the relationships through both good and difficult times. Early on, the primary role will be helping to create a "lay of the land" by helping to identify the key industry, demographic, political and competitive trends and their impact on the future of the client's business. With experience, the work will expand to in-depth consumer analysis, including mind mapping, process compromise mapping and cross-industry technology application exploration.
